- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. I made an appointment at 5 , was asked to take a seat and sat there for 45 minutes waiting. The two girls at the desk ate, chatted and checked their phone. Never once was I offered an explanation for the wait, apology, offer for coffee or anything. Finally got up and left. What a joke.By jmedley38, May 20, 2017
