- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in with the goal to get a dog for myself and instead came out empty handed. They are very hesitant on letting any dog go to a home which I find very weird. I know living in an apartment is small and some dogs need to get out. But if I didn't already know that I wouldn't be wanting to get one. There are dog parks all around where I live and plenty of things to do with the dogs if wanted. I was up for that commitment and thy turned me down telling me I need to think long and hard on it like I have not already. It's disappointing going somewhere to help a dog out who's been in the cage for weeks at a time and getting told I don't have enough room for it.By Chris Fenstermaker, May 19, 2017
